Our historic farm, framed by the Cascade Mountains provides the perfect backdrop for your special day. Our Wedding Package offers a magical experience exclusively for you, your family and friends.

Carnation Farm Wedding Weekend Includes:

• Up To 500 Wedding Guests

• Site rental including tables and chairs for up to 300 guests (Additional tables and chairs are available at an additional cost)

• Your choice of pre-approved outside catering

Our wedding weekends are customizable, choose from a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences including:

• Event timeframe: 11am – 11pm Saturday / 10am – 10pm weekdays and Sundays

• A full 12 hours of access to the venue (Includes a maximum of 6 hours of guests hosted time)

• Ceremony Location and Set Up

• Reception Location and Set Up

• A solid backup plan in case of rainy weather

• Two spacious getting-ready rooms for the wedding party

• Personalized event planning software to track all your details

• Monthly planning sessions to keep your wedding on track (Unless you have a professional planner)

• A day of the event Coordinator to support you or your hired wedding planner

• Individualized design site planning meetings for the couple

• Management of all rental equipment and contracts

• Load in support for all vendors

• All tables and chairs, including needs for food service

• Full Set up & Full Tear Down

• Bartender and/or beverage management
