Join us for an evening of exceptional food and fun. Savor the delicious taste of ingredients and food sourced and prepared the right way.

Our Culinary Director, Caprial Pence and Executive Chef, Tracey Crannell will take you on an edible journey of farm-grown dishes. Relax as you dine in our beautiful organic garden and take in the beautiful backdrop of trees and mountains. 

In addition to delicious food, you will also get a behind-the-scenes tour of our organic farm with Rosy Smit, our Director of Sustainable Agriculture.
